ARE YOU IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD? PSALMS 16:11
Daily soul feast
day 12 NOVEMBER
You reveal the path of life to me; in Your presence is abundant joy; in Your right hand are eternal pleasures.
The presence of God is a place of joy and His right hand is a place of dominion and victory. In the presence of God there is safety and our strength is renewed. When we are secured we are at peace and joy flows from inside us.
The presence of God is sacred and only the ones that have been made holy can be in the presence of God.
The Israelites were unable to go near the mountain of God’s holiness because they were not ready to give up their sinful life. Moses had to stand in for them.
Better than what Moses did Christ did a once and final payment to atone for our sins on the cross so that we can be in the presence of God.
“The presence of God is no longer on the mountain but God now dwells in man”
If you are God’s child the Spirit of God will be in you; there will be a confirmation in your spirit; hence you should be able to answer this question:
Are you in the presence of God?
In these days of spiritual decline increasing numbers of God’s children no longer feel remorseful or mourn for their sins.
When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden they immediately knew something was wrong for they felt naked and unworthy to be in the presence of a God that is so holy.
When they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the breeze of the day, they hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.
Contrary to what happened then the modern day Christians no longer hide when confronted with their sins for they have taken the grace of God for granted and their heart have become dead.
Without any feeling of remorse some Christians will arise from the bed of evil, bed of sexual immorality or altar of idols and walk straight to the altar of God to lead ministration.
They boldly work as teachers of the word, the ushers of God, choristers with the best voices and more; while the congregation that are not better than the ones leading them will clap, jump and dance in frenzy.
After a good time ask them where they have been and they will chorus it loud that they have been in the presence of God.
Even though they claim to have been in the presence of God their joy is short lived and for that reason they are always going from one House of God to another just to have a good time.
It is so sad that every one of us like sheep have gone astray and our iniquities continue to make Christ sad.
We are gravely mistaken thinking we have been in the presence of God when in reality God is far from us.
The presence of God dwells within those that are holy.
“For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.”
God blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God.
If you want to experience the presence of God then you must be ready to do things right.

You should not be deceived to think God has lowered His standard; He is only giving you more opportunity to repent.
With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.
The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance.

Just as Moses stood in for the Israelites we also have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe.
This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for He faced all of the same testing as we do, yet He did not sin.
So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
God is saying “Come now, and let us reason together, though your sins are like scarlet; they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson; they shall be as wool.
If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land;” and you will have the presence of God within you.
“PSALMS 16:11"
You lead me in the path of life; I experience absolute joy in your presence; you always give me sheer delight. Psalms 16:11 (NET)
MAY WE NOT STAND CONDEMNED ON THE LAST DAY
ARE YOU IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD? PSALMS 16:11
There are many paths in life but only the path of God will lead us to eternal life and eternal pleasures.
Lets us cast away anything that will take us away from the presence of God.
The judgment of God is coming very soon let us be ready for it by living holy and serving God in holiness.

PRAYER PETITIONS
1)Admit your sinfulness to God and ask for forgiveness of your sins.
2) God abhors the prayer of the sinner but He is merciful to the repentant sinner. Ask God to be merciful unto your unrighteousness and ask for the blood of Jesus to cleanse you.
3) Lord fill me with the glory of Your presence and let it remain permanently in me. Let my choices be choices that will qualify me to be in your presence.
PRAY FERVENTLY
4) Lord no one can satisfy your demand for holiness except the one that you show mercy. Do not withdraw your mercy from me Lord.
5) Help me not take your grace for granted. Cause my ear to hear your voice as you give me instruction.
6) Deliver me from every form of spiritual decline. Show me the path of life. Pull me away from the path of death and destruction.
LORD May I receive your answer to my prayers in Jesus Name (amen)
