OH LORD MY GOD VERSE 1
Oh Lord my God when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the works thy hands has made
I see the stars I hear the rolling thunder
That pass throughout the universe display
CHORUS
Then sings my soul my saviour unto thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Verse 2
When through the woods and forest glades I wander
and hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;
when I look down from lofty mountain grandeur,
and hear the brook, and feel he gentle breeze;
Verse 3
And when I think that God his son not sparing,
Sent him to die – I scarce can take it in,
That on the cross my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin:
Verse 4
When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home- what joy shall fill my heart!
Then I shall bow in humble adoration
And there proclaim, my God, how great thou art!

One of the challenges I encountered as a beginner saxophonist was getting correct solfa notation of gospel songs that I love. I am therefore posting lyrics and solfa notations for songs that I enjoy playing on the saxophone.
It is also my contribution to assist beginners and lovers of gospel music.
We hope you find this article valuable. Were you able to apply the tonic solfa in playing your instrument? Please relate your experience and let us know how best we can adapt the post to meet your spiritual needs.
Highly recommended thanks for the great work
